I can choose one baking book, either the Baked elements, Baked occasions or The baking bible by Beranbaum. I really can't decide. I don't think the gift giver meant to put me in this pickle, but I really can't decide. I like the fact that the Baked books tweak american recipes and they seem so interesting, and the Bible has so many different types of recipes…*sigh* Please help me decide which to get. If you have any of these books or even better yet two or more what do you like dislike about the books. Thank you.
