Chocolate subs in chocolate cake...

I'll be baking a chocolate cake that calls for 3 ounces of semisweet chocolate. I have 3 ounces of Valrohna 85% dark that I'd like to use instead (because it's Valrohna). What do you think? There is also cocoa powder in the recipe.

It's the double chocolate layer cake from Epicurious, but I'm doing a different frosting.
