Chipotle catsup

Or ketchup, depending on your bent.

This was a nice little recipe from cooking light that I modified slighty.

1/3 cup catsup
About a tablespoon of the sauce from chipotles in adobo, more or less depending on your heat tolerance
A teaspoon of honey
A teaspoon of fresh lime juice

There you go. Smoky, sweet, tart...I liked it. Skip the honey if you don't have a typical American sweet palate.
