I just got off the phone with Joanne, and here are the details so far:
The banquet is March 13. There will be two seatings, one in morning one in evening. She didn't have exact times, but suggested that we come in the evening. She thinks it'll be around 6:30pm.
The cost is $25 per person, so the table costs $250. If someone doesn't show up, the table still costs $250, and, as she said, "there are no refunds."
She didn't have any details as to the food, only to say that it would be "special and authentic."
More details will be forthcoming in the next two weeks. And, she suggested that we reserve soon b/c, as they say, seats are limited.
So, I suppose we should get a headcount, and book. Any other ideas?
