Fung Tu is celebrating the Chinese New Year from February 17 to March 5 with a few special dishes including scallop wontons in a celery mushroom broth and a Chinese "porchetta" made with pork knuckles that are braised in a sauce of soy, ginger, star anise, and chillies.

"On Saturday, February 21st at 1:00PM, *BEHIND-THE-SCENES DUMPLING CLASS & BRUNCH*
The public will have a chance to learn the art of dumpling making from Buddakan's chefs and kitchen team who hand-craft thousands of dumplings a week. After an interactive lesson, guests will be served a delicious brunch at the communal table in the Great Room. The class is available to just 40 guests. Tickets are priced at $85 per person which includes a souvenir gift bag.

On Sunday, February 22nd from 12:00PM-4:00PM, Buddakan will offer a spectacular dim sum brunch featuring an a la carte menu with specially crafted extra dishes. We will feature entertainment from New York City's Luen Hing lion dancers as well as music from DJ Timka will complete the vibrant experience.

Keeping with the holiday's tradition, red envelopes will be presented at the completion of the meal with a select number of envelopes revealing prize winning tickets for a truly special experience- an insider tour of Chinatown with Buddakan's Executive Chef Yang Huang."
