Ever since House of Wong on Queen Mary Rd went out of business...I have never found truly great breaded jumbo shrimps or chicken soo guy done the way I love. Yangtze on Van Horne (before they burned down) sometimes had it good and sometimes not...but since they reopened on Sherbrooke St...it's awful!!!
Most Chinese restaurants that offer these dishes have thick hard breading that makes me sick. Where can I find thinly and moist breading, breaded jumbo shrimps and chicken soo guy? The closer to Queen Mary Rd/Decarie...the better, but I will go as far as the west island or anywhere within 15 kms.
