Chinese beef with egg sauce

My daughter loves a dish that is sometimes called Chinese beef with egg sauce and sometimes called minced beef. It is usually made with flank steak or other tender beef and has a runny egg sauce (less cooked than what would be considered soft scrambled egg). Does anyone have any idea how to make this dish?
