My wife and I are moving to the near south side and plan on expanding oir explorations of Chinatown, Little Village, Pilsen, Bridgeport, etc. This is the the first in what I expect to be a series of questions about the food in those areas:
Chinese bakeries? I've sampled pork bun and a sweet, leaden, gelatinous mass but I really don't know what is going on with these places. I am looking for suggestions as to what to order (both sweet and savory) and where to go. Thanks.
