China Village's West Style Spicy Fish Fillet w/pic

This dish is one of China Village's marquee dishes .... it's no. 124 on their menu. Described as: Fish fillet & green bean noodle with "1000" Chili peppers added to co-mingle the flavors in Chicken broth. $16.95 This toureen is large enough for 7-8 people and is a good value. Large chunks of nicely cooked fish with a savory chicken broth. Also a good amount of the green bean noodles. The "1000" chili peppers are a bit alarming but they are fished out as soon as the bowl is set down on the table - being in the soup only long enough to contribute a pleasant buzz - not nearly as hot as one might fear if you're not a chili fanatic. I'm still figuring out how to post images so I thought I'd take the opportunity to share this image from a month ago.
