My boyfriend is crazy about chickpeas. He often works late and we meet few days in a week, so I want to pack healthy chickpeas for his snacks during the long hours. Something, other than plain boiled chickpeas or hummus, which can keep in fridge for several days. I saw many chickpeas recipes which call for oven or slow cooker, but I only have pots, pans, food processor, and hand blender.
