Chicken Soong

I'm totally obsessed with this dish... I'm not sure if its Cantonese, Hunan or Sczechuan but I've had it in all kinds of places.

For the uninitiated -- its minced chicken usually in a light brown sauce or garlic sauce, with minced vegetables (red peppers usually) and pine nuts and sometimes some sesame -- you wrap it up with some hoisin in a lettuce leaf, a la moo shu.

Anyone know who serves it good in the metro area?

Anyone got a good recipe for it (oh Melanie :) )
