I had a tasty meal at Yeah Shanghai last night, including a half order of the "Roast Chicken Northern China Style" The chicken was moist, flavorful and delicious, and we couldn't stop eating it. The only thing that was not wonderful about it was that the skin served with it was not crispy (having never had this before, I do not know if this is just how it is served).
The chicken was served with the foot, which I was happy to try because I have never eaten a chicken foot before. It was mostly the unappetizingly soft skin. So my question is--is this the way chicken feet normally are served? Or are they often crispier?
Where in Chinatown has the best chicken feet?
