There is a Chick-fil-A (pronounced filet) opening soon at the Irvine Marketplace, in OC, and I was wondering if any 'hounds have tried the food at other locations ? Interested in your opinions. Apparently they specialize in breaded, pressure-cooked white meat chicken.
I understand from their website that they were founded in Georgia in the '40's and they are mostly in the south, with a few locations here in So Cal (south bay area). Interesting, they seem to be wholly owned (no franchises) and closed on Sundays. Very "old-school", and southern, I guess.
