I'm a big fan of their Lithuanian and Russian Rye breads, but I can rarely find 2 uniform slices in a loaf to make a sandwich... 1 piece of bread is 2 inches thick, and the next slice is 1/8th of an inch, and I have to fuddle through a whole loaf to make a uniform sandwich....Is that the authentic way or do they need to hire a new Quality Control person???
I used to like the Polish Rye, but the last couple I bought, the slices would keep breaking in 1/2 as I removed them from the respective loaf !!!
I like the fact that their breads have natural ingredients
Any other thoughts, feelings regarding this trivial matter
