New menu has a large selection of small plates, some of which are familiar new American offerings, and some
of which have an Asian bent (with random items like
steak tacos thrown in as well). New chef came from
Tremont 647, and seems to like big, spicy flavors.
I tried the Asian-style spare ribs and was underwhelmed: they need to cook more of the fat out of them. Good flavor, though...Any other reports?
