can the cheesecake be saved?

I bake cheesecakes like every week for my sister, this week I used her largest springform pan. ( never used it before) in the water bath turns it had a leak big time! not only was the crust soggy but the cake itself was soooo wet and soggy that the lil piece that came off the pan( while i was scraping off the soggy crust) it even tasted waterdown.
I put it back in the springform without the water to bake again for another 30 minutes.....would it work?
