Cheese pairings for some honey I bought

DGresh | Jan 19, 201511:54 AM     5

On a whim I picked up a small jar of Italian Rhododendron Flower honey 'cause it just sounded so offbeat. The label says it will pair well with the following cheeses: Castelrosso, Pecorino Ginepro, Leonora and Monje Blue.

Now given that I don't live in NYC or somewhere with an endless variety of cheese, could someone translate these to some more widely available classes of cheese? (Somehow Blue and Honey don't seem like a winning pair, at least to me).

Thanks!
