I am from Montreal, going to New York during the first week of April for a Model UN simulation with my University. We'll be staying at the Marriott on Times Square.
None of the meals are included so my budget is pretty limited (I know I hope to spend the least I can spend while eating healthy food but I don't know what I can realistically expect yet!).
I would like to know if you have some ideas of restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner that would not be expensive but still healthy because I would't like to eat fast-food the whole week.
Also, if you know any good grocery around where I could find some prepared meals (sandwich and salads), fruits, vegetables, nuts, that would be very appreciated.
