I’m a broke college graduate and I’m in the process of saving money to be able to move long distance so I can apply for jobs in my field. I’d like ideas on how to cheaply make large batches of food for one person for 3 days to a week at a time. For example, anything that can be made in a large stew pot (no idea how big it is but it can make like 10 Tupperware bowls of soup easy). I was thinking cheap veggies and grains like carrots, celery, potatoes, maybe cheap pastas. Nothing that needs fresh herbs or Anything that won’t get used up and spoil.
