Charlotte - Found great Mexican

Found a great "hole in the wall" restaurant called the Taqueria Mexico serving what appears to be really authentic Mexican (Having lived in the south all my life, I can't claim to be an expert). Judging by the number of Mexican folks there they must think so also. I've been there 3 times so far & haven't been dissappointed. I've tried their Chili Rojo. A very spicy chili with pork chunks, Very hot - very good. As I was checking out the owner asked if it was too hot for me - it was at my threshold for hot. I enjoyed their chicken mole. They have several shrimp dishes. The tacos are great, beef & chicken filling offered as well as beef tongue, tripe, & beef chitlin filling. The prices are reasonable, and the service has always been friendly. Its in a little strip shopping center on South Boulevard. If you are travelling away from downtown on South Boulevard its on the left just a few hundred yards before you get to the Arrowood Road intersection. I highly recommend it. Beats The staples I've tried like El Cancun
