We hit Charleston on a beautiful Harbor Fest wknd w/ cloudless blue skies and mild temps - idyllic.
Pearlz - Happy Hour - great drink prices - I think they had a wide selection that was $3 and $4. Raw oysters - 1 dozen for $7.95 - we like ours w/ more brine. Loved the app of variety of sliders - crab cake, tuna and ?? all very good - oysters, sliders, 1 beer and 1 NA - $29.
G&M - lunch - cramped space but I enjoyed my lentil soup w/ salad and my husband liked his salmon sandwich and salad. With NA drinks it was under $20.
Meritage - dinner - sitting outside on the patio and enjoying a variety of tapas and a bottle of wine was wonderful and relaxing. My fav's: seared scallops w/ boursin mashed potatoes, tuna tartare, mini crab cakes... but lots of others that looked tempting. Didn't really care for the gnocchi - tasted packaged. 6 tapas plates, 1 bottle of wine(Moderately priced) $118 (including tip)
