Best of Charleston-Looking for a lil bit of everything for our first trip there: cheap/expensve, well known/hidden, etc

My husband and I are taking a trip to Charleston Mid-May with another couple. Some meals will be the two of us and some will be 4 of us. I've made reservations at some places. Love doing a little bit at a lot of places. Don't want to fill up on a big meal and then feel stuffed and go to bed...would like to do some drinks and some food at a bunch of places.

Reservations:
-Dinner at McCrady's
-Dinner at R Kitchen
-Saturday Dinner time drinks/snacks at Two Boroughs Larder and Edmund's Oast
-Sunday Brunch at Husk

Would also like to hit up:
-Callie's hot little biscuits
-xiao bao
-glazed gourmet doughnuts
-wildfour bakery
-hominy grill
-grocery
-chez nous
-martha lou's or bertha's
-artisan meat share
-the ordinary
-butcher and bee
-Crosby's Fish and shrimp company
and then some bars like craftsmen, rarebit, prohibtion, gin joint, closed for business and star rooftop and grill

Any thoughts on what should be a must or at the top of our list to get to? FIG would be there but it's a bit too late for a reservation there now.

McCrady's Tavern,
R. Kitchen,
Edmund's Oast,
Sunday Brunch Farmers Market,
Husk,
Callie's Charleston Biscuits,
Callie's Hot Little Biscuit,
