Charcuterie ?

Anyone hip to the fatted calf up at the Berkeley's Farmer's Market? I've only been going for maybe two months now and repeatedly been getting great sausages and so forth. These aren't some precooked processed crud. These are real sausages made by a real person, over in S.F. My wife and I had some sausages for breakfast on Sunday, what a treat! Hugs
