Tonight I am going out with some older friends for Korean BBQ. I've been to Soot Bull Jeep many times and love it (The only other Korean BBQ I'd been to is Woo Lae Oak in both BH and Ktown, which both paled in comparison).
My question is, where can we find a good charcoal BBQ house with decor and service a little more suitable to older people's tastes (i.e. not quite as grungy as SBJ) but not compromise on a) the charcoal or b) flavor of the meat? Chosun Galbee looks really nice from their website, but it looks like they cook on gas grills.
