I awoke this morning after a very successful dinner party last night to see that one of my guests took it upon themselves to open just one more bottle of champagne, poured one glass, and left the rest of the bottle on the kitchen counter.
Rather than throw it out, I corked it and put it in the fridge. I assume it's trash.
But before I pour it down the sink, I wondered if it was possible to make up a batch of Champagne Vinegar with it? It's good stuff, and I'd like to see it go to a good use.
Any help would be appreciated.
