Champagne Mangoes

Am I the last one to discover these smaller, deep yellow mangoes from Mexico? A friend brought one to a picnic over the weekend, and after making it into a salsa with tomato, pepper, and avocado, I've been scarfing them down everyday in salsa or ceviche.. In Boston, they're about 79 cents a piece in the Asian markets; I'm hoping to score a boxful for cheaper at an outdoor market today.

They're sweet and creamy, and, (big bonus) none of those threads between your teeth!
