Centuria Behaving Badly

While this board is not interested in celeb spotting, I can't help but be shocked by the habits of some chefs, working from open top cooking areas, who drop everything to toast tawdry behaviour from c-grade celebs. As I enjoyed my Spring Chicken and lemon tagine, TV actors Neil Morrissey and Joe McGann were sampling a similar menu at an adjacent table. We were somewhat put off by the company kept at the adjacent table, but the quality of the food soon became the main topic of conversation. Why talk about low grade clebrities conducting sordid liaisons with less than interesed, paid companions? Equally, why fawn over them when there is the rest of your happy, appreciative clientelle to celebrate? : }
