OK, a recent post got me thinking...

what are your favorite places in port chester for food from central/south american? I've been to (I think) all the mexican places, but what about some of the restaurants serving food from peru, brazil, ecuador, el salvador, guatemala, etc.

I can report on the Asi Columbian bakery, on the main drag going toward Greenwich (174 N Main St). I've had two great meal there. The first time I got a mixed platter with a thin steak, chicharron, egg, rice, arepa. The guanaba con leche was excellent too. All told, it was a great (and huge) meal for something like $9.

What about some of the other places you've been? I've heard good things about pollo ala brasa. any other recommendations?
