Central Kitchen never disappoints and frequently exceeds expectations -- we had the latter experience recently for dinner on a Saturday night. There was an energetic buzz in the place and it was pretty full, but we were seated immediately (per reservations).
The service was top notch -- well-formed opinions and recommendations for both food and wine. Glasses of wine were chosen (Alsatian pinot gris was sweeter than anticipated but interesting nontheless and a basic, "not hot" zinfandel was very nice).
Started with a special Spanish cheese/arugula salad that was great, then had the moules frites (can't seem to go there and not get them--simply amazing every time!), and finished with their best-in-class (anywhere, IMHO!) basic creme brulee.
We'll keep coming back -- and even more often -- the total bill was $100 (including tip) for two for a terrific dining experience!
