Later this year, I will be moving to Honduras. I think it would be nice to get some exposure to the food I am going to find there and also start having some recipes that I can make using the ingredients I am likely to find there.

Can anyone recommend a cookbook? Ideally, I would like a book that focuses on Honduran cuisine, but I know that's not the likeliest thing to find, so cuisine of neighboring countries or the Central American region is find. Books witten in Spanish are fine too.

While I'm at it, I'd welcome a Peruvian food cookbook too. :)

I came across Yucatan: Recipes from a Culinary Expedition by David Sterling. It looks amazing. But a little too far north. :)

Thank you in advance.

Angie
