I froze some chopped, fresh cauliflower (I didn't blanch it first) in my deep freeze.

The cauliflower has turned a light brown color in the freezer.

I suspect that while I was on vacation, we must have lost power for a period of time and some of the things in the deep freeze may have thawed and refrozen. While almost everything in the freezer looks fine, I suspect this because I had some bananas wrapped in aluminum foil that turned brown (had never had that happen in the freezer before - threw them out), also several things in the freezer had stuck together, so that makes me think they thawed and refroze. Most things were stored in large tupperwares so they may not have thawed all the way and that may have kept the freezer cool for awhile too.

So about the cauliflower (picutre below) - should I toss? or is it safe to use for soup?
