Desperate Grubster seeks party help from NOLA hounds.

The Grubs’ daughter & nephew are planning a weekend-long co-40th bday NOLA celebration in March, for about 30 folks of all stripes from around the country. They’ve booked Maison Dupuy for ground zero, but their party rooms are either not available or out of sight pricewise. (Is Dominque’s THAT good?)

So, here’s the plea: Please recommend, in the FQ only, a club or other non-hotel facility that caters worthy food. Or, a bare party room & a caterer for a group of 30 people. It’s NO, so food does matter.

One further option: Are there any riverboats that provide rooms w catering? We’ve looked at Steamboat Natchez, but there doesn’t seem to be anything available on it w any privacy.
