I am looking for a place to go for my Birthday with my Family. We are all native New Yorkers and have eaten almost every where in the City. Some of our favorites are the ante pasta at Tratoria Del Arte, the mussels at Jubilee, ambiance and desert at Auriole, the simplicity of Blue Ribbon Bakery, the raw bar at Balthazar, and the attitude of Red Cat. We usually have my birthday at Peter Luger as a matter of tradition, but since we all ate their last week (seperately) I was hoping to come up with a new idea. Cusine is pretty open (no sushi) and we are pretty casual as a rule. That should be read: Not stuffy. Super hip is not really a requirement, but I am not looking for something that is run of the mill either. I would apprciate any help!
