Well, GreenPan has an answer: its "SimmerLite" painted cast aluminum, nonstick (!), induction-ready Dutch ovens. Supposedly oven friendly to 600F. The 4.5Q and cover are a bantamweight 4 pounds. No christeras, but yes, "self-basting" rings.
Interesting to me is the induction bottom, which appears to be created by spraying molten iron onto the casting, a la Mazzetti.
