Cassoulet Ingredients

I put up my duck confit back in August and am ready to make my cassoulet...

Now I need to find tarbais beans and good garlic sausage. In the old days I would have time to mail-order but I want to put this together by the weekend and won't have time to mail order. Where can I buy these ingredients in San Francisco (would rather not travel east of the Bay Bridge).
