Anybody have a recipe for a chile relleno casserole? I charred and removed skins from Poblanos but now am too lazy to actually make my usual c.r. Too much work for a Sunday afternoon and I don't feel like doing all that frying.
I have looked on Epicurious - nothing. I Googled and got hundreds of recipes, many calling for evaporated milk. Is this something anybody has done?
If I don't get a response, I'll try the most promising-sounding recipe.
