I need help from a carnivorous chowhound in Manchester, NH

I write a collumn about city life in Manchester, NH for a couple of publications. As a chowhound, I end up writing about food topics quite a bit. I've discovered a couple of great deli's and restaurants in the past few weeks that I would like to write about, but as a vegetarian, I don't think I can do some of them justice. I'm looking for someone in the area that I could take on food excursions around the city to help me round out my collumns. My most immediate need right now is someone who nows about Polish and Eastern European meats and sausages; I've found a FANTASTIC mom&pop Polish grocery store with what seems to be a wonderful butcher department. Help.
