Newly opened on Rt 140(just off actually). All meats are served unsauced.
We tried a number of things. Pulled pork, lite smoke and a little too moist like it may have had liquid added. Brisket was a highlight, very flavorful, nice bark and moist and tender. Veg of the day was garlicky broccoli which was nicely seasoned and al dente. no collards though?
DC's ribs looked 'too fall off the bone'.
Fried pickles were nicely done. Fried mac n cheese looked good and house made.
Definitely worth another try.
