I got a bag of portabella caps on super sale and would like to use them for dinner tomorrow evening. I can slice or stuff them but I can't come up with a brilliant idea with what do do with them. I'm otherwise well stocked but need to buy some meat to go with dinner (not necessary for me but DH won't stan for a vegetarian meal I'm guessing)
You lovely hounds always inspire me so does anyone have a good idea to use these for dinner? No restrictions other than I don't want to use any carbs like pasta or rice.
Some stuff I have to work with:
Red and green salsas
Leftover stuffed peppers
Coleslaw (ew but maybe someone on here is a creative genius)
