I was just diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and it's taking me a little while to get used to keeping track of my carbs and keeping them low. I could really use some options for eating around Copley Square and Downtown Crossing (both areas where I work part-time during the week) that aren't too expensive and are relatively low-carb.
I've been eating mostly salads and sashimi, both of which I love, so your votes for good restaurants that do either would be appreciated. Other than that, any places that does good lunches that I can at least pick some low carb options would be great. My budget is probably at most around $15 for an entree.
