I have been ordered to do only low carb & lean protein, combo pre-diabetes & liver problems. Am losing weight & blood sugar is pretty low now. Won't know how liver is until more tests are done.
Lots of low carb ideas everywhere, but most I've found have much too much fat for my current regimen!
I'm already using the various cauliflower "rice" ideas as well as "Zoodles" but must cut way back on the fat components. Also "wrap" sandwiches using romaine lettuce to replace bread with low fat turkey, etc.
Would love to see any suggestions/recipes/links you might have. Trying to avoid boredom, for me a major problem.
