Hi Eaters.
I haven't been write preview for so long but I am back on track now.
"Capital Grill" at International Plaza.
(former Profusion)
Since after Profusion was closed (over a year ago)
those empty space has been remodel takes a while and
became high class I mean, high price restaurant.
Renovation was successful and fine atmospheric.
There are served only a la cart items (lunch & dinner)
and over 300 wine selections.
Dinner entree has 17 items, mostly steaks and few seafood.
Not too much choice for soup, appetizer and salad.
Lunch entree beginning $12(hamburgers) till $25.
Cheapest item was cup of clam chowder $4,75.
Dinner entree $30 up to $60.
all side item was over $7 ( such as mashed potate, creamed of spinach, sauteed asparagus.....)

I had my favorite "Delmonico"(16oz)steak.
I orderd "between rare and medium rare" but
came out "well done" and edges burned.
You know, I don't like to going to steak house because
this kind of reasons. Never get right way to
my steak cooked.
I returned and get another one but came out still
over cooked.
I had a glass of wine, french onion soup (was OK!),
Delmonico, Baked potate and cappuccino.
Guess how much .....
$95 without tips.
I will be able to get 30lbs whole Delmonico from
PS, I heard this place paid $80,000 a monthly
tenant fee.
No wonder......
