Caperberries & Daquoise

Two seemingly unrelated items, except that I NEED good versions of them to fill my (temporarily) empty life and stomach.
I need the small caperberries with the SOFT seeds inside, not the BB type.
As for the Daquoise (I think that's how it's spelled)
I need one where the meringue layers are not soggy and the buttercream is made with...real butter.
