CAPE TOWN again... what's new for 2019? Jo'Burg?

erica | Apr 18, 201906:12 AM

I will not be in the city until this coming October but since this board gets such light traffic, I figured I'd post now. I've been to TTK (will try to reserve again once reservations open up), Pot Luck Club, Le Colombe (loved both of those) and a few other places. My last trip to CT was about 5 years ago. What's new and fabulous these days?

Have two nights in Jo'burg at Four Seasons. Anything very good close to hotel? No long tasting menus since we will be jet lagged. But willing to travel for great food. About two years ago we ate in Luke Dale Roberts' at The Saxon, and a Portuguese restaurant, Parreirnha to the south. First was great, second decent but not worth the long ride for people in the city for a few days.
