Anyone who has visited or lived near Cape Cod will know what I am talking about - Captain Frosty's, Kream and Kone etc. Kind of the Taqueria of Cape Cod Seafood.
I am trying to find out how and wht they use to make the "flaky" style onion rings that I only seem to find here. The "shoestring" style onion rings are similar but there is something about the batter or the oil or something?
Does anyone know the recipe of how they get like this?
