I'm a cannoli convert

I meant to write about this before but I was distracted with food memories. On the night I went to Pomodoro I also got cannolis from Modern Pastry. I did this even though I have hated cannoli in the past: too sweet, too mushy, etc. But I heard they fill them on the spot (they DO) and so tried a chocolate dipped shell with ricotta, and I'm In Love! Had to go back today to get another...maybe tomorrow too....:0
