We've eaten at Cambridge 1 twice in the last week because we became obsessed with the potato pizza and HAD to return!
Over the two visits we sampled 3 different kinds of their grilled flatbread pizzas and two salads.
Baby arugula salad -- this also had shavings of cheese and some italian type dressing. It was big enough for two IMHO. The first time we had it it didn't have enough dressing on it. Second time it was fine.
Iceberg wedge -- Seemed to go over well with the husband but I didn't try it.
Both times we went we ordered two half pizzas. That + a salad was a nice amount of food for two hungry people. The pizza is really thin -- almost like a cracker -- and doesn't have the regular heavy topping of sauce (most didn't have tomato sauce at all) or cheese (the cheese is very lightly applied but so flavorful!)
Potato pizza -- This is amazing -- sliced potatoes, mashed potatoes, rosemary and a light dusting of cheese. The flavors were fresh and intense and delicious.
Grilled chicken -- This was my second favorite. I think it had roasted onions and also a light sprinkling of cheese.
Portobello -- more like a regular pizza (probably because it also had tomato sauce on it). Also had roasted onions. this was good enough but I'd order one of the above two instead of getting this again.
On a saturday night at 9pm we waited about 20 minutes; on a monday night at 8:15 we didn't wait at all.
Service was ok. we were kind of forgotten about at the end of the meal on the monday night and had to flag our waiter down but that was ok.
2 half pizzas, 2 salads and 2 beers came to about $36 pre-tip. We will definitely be going back for more potato pizza!
