Calorific Brilliance: Kneaded Bread & Tarry Market for Lunch (aka: I'm moving to Pt. Chester)

Just got back from the best lunch I've had in weeks. Ate in my car in the one spot outside the restaurant supply store. A giant piece of (guestimate of 5 x 9 inches) Proscuitto & Tomato Focaccia from Tarry Market. $3.75. It was essentially a room temp hunk of sicilian pizza studded with tomatoes, onion and chunks of meat more like pancetta cubes. Soft, lush & meaty it was heaven and messy and oh so good. THEN from out of the bag from Kneaded Bread dessert: their version of a "jelly doughnut" in the form of a crisp and light brioche bun with the crunch sugar bits coating it. It was delightful and I would have eaten 3 of them if not for dessert #2 which was their chocolate brioche bun/roll. This should be illegal. Absolute perfection. Chunks of dark chocolate baked into a more dense bun. You have to have one of these now. I am 20 pounds heavier so I will have to wait to tear up the poppy seed loaf that looked to good to be true. God what a corner you gave us in PC! Now for some bartaco!
