New-to-me California artisan sheep's milk cheese

I ran across a stall for Garden Variety cheese at one of my local farmers' markets (Temescal, for those of you who live in the Bay Area).

They make a full range of sheep's milk cheeses, plus a cow's milk cheese. They also make sheep's milk yogurt.

I tasted several and really liked the Moon Flower, described thusly on their website: "raw sheep cheese aged for 4-6 months. During aging it develops a washed rind which gives it a lovely orange color. It has a smooth texture, with a salty caramel flavor and a hint of pungency at the finish."

I also liked their fresh cheese (sort of like a cross between a fresh chevre and a ricotta).
