Four of us had dinner Friday night at Cafe Sebastienne at the Kemper Museum. If some have complained that the restaurant hasn't been up to an earlier standard, they need to return as soon as possible.
My seared diver scallops over lentils were perfect. Two others had grilled salmon on polenta and were very happy. The fourth had a wonderful asparagus salad and a spring vegetable soup.
And, to make things better, the Katherine's Vineyard (Cambria) Chardonnay was only $28 compared to the nearby McCormick & Schmick's recent price of $61!
Great meal, good service in a wonderful setting.
